Founded by two best-selling women authors, Hadleigh House is a collaborative place where authors work together and share in the success, investment and process of bringing a manuscript to the marketplace. Meet The Team
Alisha Perkins
Best-selling author of Running Home and Martyred, Alisha has been in the book game since 2016.
She is a wife and mother, as well as mental health advocate.
Alisha gave her first TEDX talk in 2019 entitled
"How Many Celebrities Does it Take to Change a Stigma",
fighting back against the nasty stigma surrounding those living with mental illness.
When she isn't parenting, running, or speaking, she is at work on her next book.
Alisha hates olives and rude people but loves room temperature water and good tequila.

Think of Hadleigh as an intimate community of creative thinkers who work together to support each other through each step of the publishing process. The feel of Hadleigh combines the head and the heart since you need both to bring a true creative project to life. It has small town casual familiarity blended with the efficiency of big city understanding and optimization of the process. At Hadleigh, fellow authors collaborate through all stages of the publishing process and lean on each other encouraging unconventional thinking.

Alisha Perkins
Co-Founder
Best-selling author of
and Not That Girl.
Alisha has been in the book game since 2016.
She is a realtor, interior designer, wife and mother, as well as mental health advocate.
Alisha gave her first TEDX talk in 2019 entitled
How Many Celebrities Does it Take to Change a Stigma,
fighting back against the nasty stigma surrounding those living with mental illness.
A graduate of the
University of Minnesota,
Alisha hates olives and rude people but loves room temperature water and good tequila.
Allison Mann
Co-Founder
Allison Mann is a co-author of the award-winning book,
published in 2018.
“The Girls Are Gone,” has reached the top of multiple best-seller lists, was awarded a gold medal in the True Crime category of the 2019 IPPY Awards and sold 10,000 copies in its first year.
Her experience authoring her first book and involvement in the success of the project have given her the expertise and knowledge for her role at Hadleigh House guiding authors through the process of creating, publishing and successfully marketing their books.
Allison is a mom, wife, author and paralegal living in Minnesota with her family. Allison began her career as a paralegal in 2001 after graduating from Winona State University.
Anna Biehn
Co-Founder
Anna is not an author, but she is the bookkeeper at this shop. Anna brings the business side to Hadleigh House with over 20 years of experience leading large and small businesses globally.
Her professional accomplishments have been built on coupling strategic growth plans with smart marketing ideas which lead to incredible financial success.
Besides being the bookkeeper, her role at Hadleigh House is to bring clarity, simplicity and ingenuity to the business side of the process to support our author partnerships.
Anna is a mom, wife, business owner and board director. She has an MBA from the University of Denver and a BA from Concordia College.
